3. The Ministers were pleased to note the progress made in the drafting of the Framework Agreement on Comprehensive Economic Cooperation between ASEAN and
4. The Ministers welcomed the establishment of ASEAN-India Business Council which will provide the private sector perspective and feedback on the broadening and deepening of economic linkages between ASEAN and
5. The Ministers welcomed the organisation of the Second ASEAN-India Business Summit, which is scheduled to be held on 4-5 September 2003 in
6. The Ministers re-affirmed their commitment to work together to ensure a successful outcome at the Fifth WTO Ministerial Conference in Cancun, Mexico on 10-14 September 2003 and reiterated continuing support for the early accession of Cambodia, Lao PDR and Viet Nam to the WTO.
7. The Ministers were pleased with the preparations being undertaken by
