The Trust Funds Unit (TRU) of the ASEAN Secretariat will acknowledge the receipt of the contribution to the concerned individual/organisation/country.
 

Terms and Conditions:
 
The ASEAN Secretariat will not accept cash or in kind contribution.
 
Donors will not place any conditions on the use of the contributions to the Fund.
The contributions are solely intended for the purpose of alleviating the suffering of the affected population in Myanmar.
 
 
Utilisation of the Fund:
 
The Fund will be used to purchase relief items based on the needs of the affected population in Myanmar. The relief items may include:           

• Materials for emergency shelters, such water supplies, water purification substance, food, clothing, tents and camp equipment, generators and fuels
• Medical supplies and emergency health kits
   
  

Closing Date:
 
The closing date is 23 May 2008.
