Three categories of the ASEAN Science and Technology Awards will be judged and presented by the ASEAN COST at the Fifth ASTW, namely:

(i) ASEAN Outstanding Scientist and Technologist Award;
(ii) ASEAN Science and Technology Meritorious Service Award; and
(iii) ASEAN Young Scientist and Technologist Award.
