Invitation to undertake the Technical Assistance (TA) on Developing Bond Market Phase IV for Indonesia

 

We are pleased to announce that the selection of consultant/consulting firm to undertake the Technical Assistance (TA) on Developing Bond Market Phase IV for Indonesia, to be funded by the Japan-ASEAN Financial Technical Assistance Fund, is now open.

 

In conjunction with the previous phases, the Fourth phase for Indonesia focuses on i) Developing monitoring and early-warning frameworks of capital flows in the domestic bond market for BI (to manage risks of sudden changes in capital flows); ii) Restructuring government debt portfolio in view of market needs and cost-at-risk for Directorate General of Debt Management or DMO (taking into consideration factors affecting the market) and iii) Assisting BAPEPAM in its investor education program focusing on bond-related subprograms (promote bond investment practices that controls total investment risk).

 

We invite interested consultants/consulting firms to submit to us a TA proposal (not exceeding 4 pages) on the topic together with the relevant C.V.s by 24 April 2008 the latest. To further improve the TA, we urge the applicants to come up with professional and innovative ideas to be implemented in this TA.
