TECHNICAL ASSISTANT (TA)

 

 

A Technical Assistant (TA) assists the specialist staff members in the execution of their duties, including organizing and servicing meetings, project implementation, research, record keeping, and other administrative work.

 

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for TA vacancies with the following qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Economic, International Relations, Political Science, Public Policy, or Human Resource Management.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in international relations, political and economic research, consultancy and/or programme management, human resource management, in a governmental or international organization, research institute, or the media.

General Qualifications

  • Excellent English communications skills (written and oral).

  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft office tools.

  • Able to multi-task and work irregular and long hours.

  • Able to work independently as well as in a team in a multicultural environment.

  • Able to travel, as and when required.

  • Knowledge of regional cooperation and familiarity with ISO 9001-2000 system and procedures will be an added advantage.

 

Upon the successful completion of a 6-month probationary period, the successful candidate will be confirmed for a 3-year contract.  Selected candidate will receive an attractive package consisting of basic salary starting from Rp. 3,500,000, plus a monthly transportation allowance, plus  reimbursements for medical treatment, plus hospitalization insurance, and plus annual 13th month bonus.
