The second Phase of the ASEAN-EU Programme for Regional Integration Support (APRIS II) is a three-year 8.4 million euro Programme of technical assistance co-financed by the ASEAN Secretariat and European Commission Co-operation Office, Europe Aid. The Programme aims to further the process of ASEAN integration, with specific focus on supporting the realisation of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC), and strengthen EU-ASEAN relations as a whole, including through and the Trans Regional EU-ASEAN Trade Initiative (TREATI) and Regional EU-ASEAN Dialogue Instrument (READI).

APRIS II will run from November 2006 to November 2009 and follows the successful implementation of a first three-year Programme which ended in September 2006.
