Procedures for Requesting Approval to Use/Reprint/Republish

ASEAN Publications and ASEANWEB Contents

To request for approval to use/reprint/republish ASEAN publications and ASEANWEB contents, submit the following information to the Public Affairs Office of the ASEAN Secretariat with fax numbers 6221-7398234; 7243504.

1. Name and nature of the organization requesting permission;

2. Name and title of the authorized person representing the requesting organization and contact information (e-mail, phone, fax, mailing address);

3. Attach layout/sample of the publication. (Please note that any material which features any trademarks, logos or copyrighted material from any third party may require that third party's and/or others' specific and additional permission. ASEAN makes no representation or warranty as to your proposed use of any such material.);

4. Specific description of materials in which ASEAN publications and ASEANWEB contents will appear. Please include:

A. Type of material (book, website, presentations, etc.) and Title;

B. Name contributing authors, editors, webmasters of the material;

C. Description of content of material;

D. Distribution plans; and

E. Any other relevant information.

I acknowledge that I have reviewed the Terms of Use of the Official Website of the Association of Southeast Asian Nation or herein referred to as the ASEANWEB, found at http://www.aseansec.org/6614.htm, and that I and my organization will agree to those Terms.
