   - Plan and manage the construction of wastewater collection system for the whole city

3. Monitor of wastewater treatment system for individual housed and enterprises in municipal area
   - Know and recognize the basically management of wastewater treatment system
   - Check and control the wastewater discharge from individual housed and enterprises in municipal area
   - Advise and suggest the basic sanitary for wastewater treatment system

   - Management plan of wastewater treatment system for small communities in municipal area

3. Produce “Master Plan” for wastewater treatment and collection system for the whole city
