Invitation to undertake the Technical Assistance (TA) on Developing Bond Market Phase IV for Cambodia

We are pleased to announce that the selection of consultant/consulting firm to undertake the Technical Assistance (TA) on Developing Bond Market Phase IV for Cambodia, to be funded by the Japan-ASEAN Financial Technical Assistance Fund, is now open.

In conjunction with the previous phases, the Fourth phase for Cambodia focuses on:  promoting public interests in the development of bond market and developing regulations related to secondary market of government securities.

We invite interested consultants/consulting firms to submit to us a TA proposal (not exceeding 4 pages) on the topic together with the relevant C.V.s by 14 January 2008 the latest. To further improve the TA, we urge the applicants to come up with professional and innovative ideas to be implemented in this TA.
