Invitation to undertake the Technical Assistance (TA) on Developing Bond Market Phase II for Brunei Darussalam

We are pleased to announce that the selection of consultant/consulting firm to undertake the Technical Assistance (TA) on Developing Bond Market Phase II for Brunei Darussalam, to be funded by the Japan-ASEAN Financial Technical Assistance Fund, is now open.

In conjunction with the previous phases, the second phase for Brunei Darussalam focuses on i) Increasing potential issuer; ii) Broadening eligible investors; iii) Enhancing securities services and iv) Designing clear rules and reliable infrastructure

We invite interested consultants/consulting firms to submit to us a TA proposal (not exceeding 4 pages) on the topic together with the relevant C.V.s by 24 April 2008 the latest. To further improve the TA, we urge the applicants to come up with professional and innovative ideas to be implemented in this TA.
