DISPATCHER

Dispatcher is a specialist staff providing general assistance in dispatching documents to authorities, such as, relevant Ministries/Departments/National Bodies, as well as Diplomatic and Consular Missions, etc., located in Jakarta.

Knowledge on processing of visa, stay permit, and other expatriate related matters with regards to their status in Indonesia would be an asset.

We are seeking qualified candidates with the following qualifications:

• Preferably a high school certificate.

• Minimum 1 – 2 years experience in relevant areas.

General qualifications:

•  Able to multi-task and work irregular and long hours;

•  Able to drive motorcycle;

• Holder of Indonesian C driving license (SIM C);

• Able to speak and understand simple English is an advantage.

Upon the successful completion of a 6-month probationary period, the successful candidate will be confirmed on an annually based contract.  Selected candidate will receive an attractive package consisting of basic monthly salary (starting from Rp. 1,500,000), monthly transportation allowance, outpatient medical reimbursement, hospitalisation insurance, and an annual bonus of a month’s basic salary.
