TECHNICAL OFFICER, ASEC RESOURCE CENTRE
We are seeking a candidate with at least a
recognised bachelor’s degree in library and information science. The
candidate should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in performing
librarian functions in government, academia, or
international/multinational organisation. He/she also should have
strong knowledge and skills on archiving, cataloguing and
classification system, skills/experience on database/intranet
maintenance, knowledge and skills on document retrieval system.
Other Qualifications:

Fluency in
written and spoken English;

Good computer
literacy and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools;

Ability to work
in a multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary environment;

Strong analytical
and problem-solving skills;

Good teamwork

under pressure;

Ability to
multi-task and work irregular and long hours;

Willing to work
overtime and train other staff members;

Knowledge on ISO
9001 : 2000 is an advantage.
Upon the successful completion of a 6-month
probationary period, the successful candidate will receive an
attractive package, including basic monthly salary (starting from Rp.
5,000,000), monthly transportation allowance, outpatient medical
reimbursement, hospitalisation insurance, and an annual bonus of a
month’s basic salary.
