ADMINISTRATIVE
ASSISTANT
The Administrative Assistant will be
responsible for the
day to day office supplies, in particular furnishing office
supplies, equipment, and services to the office and the residence of
the Secretary – General. He/she will conduct day to day request for
office supplies. He/she will conduct surveys on the regular need of
as well as market price for office supplies, office equipment, and
services and negotiate with suppliers for contract arrangements. We
are seeking qualified candidates with the following qualifications:

Diploma degree in Business
Administration.

Minimum 3 years of experience
performing logistic functions and administrative support services
in government, academia, or international organisation.
General
qualifications:
-
English language skills (written and
oral);
-
Computer literate and proficient in
Microsoft office tools;
-
Able to work independently as well as
in a team in a multicultural environment;
-
Able to multi-task and willing to work
irregular and long hours;
-
Knowledge on ISO 9001 : 2000 is an advantage.
Upon the successful completion of a 6-month probationary period, the
successful candidate will be confirmed for a 3-year contract.
Selected candidate will receive an attractive package consisting of
basic monthly salary starting from Rp. 2,500,000.00, monthly
transportation allowance, outpatient medical reimbursement,
hospitalisation insurance, and an annual bonus of a month’s basic
salary.
